Tuning: Normal (E A D G)

Bass joins after the first guitar pick slide

~ = let ring
XhY = play X and hammer onto Y
XpY = play X and pull-off onto Y
X/Y = slide from X up to Y
XY = slide from X down to Y
* = bend
X> = repeat X several times
(X) = play X gently and quickly

i always think its cool to slide in on the bottom E string with the guitar slide as a slight modification
