This is a very strange song to say the least. Befroe I watched the movie, I knew that has lots of chord changes, but there was more. The beginning is straightforward enough, the end is really complicated that even I can't put the chords and lyrics in correctly. The chords and lyrics are based on the 2004 version of 'Phantom of the Oprah' by John Schumacher. Intro from drumroll: D A/C# Bm Bm/A G D/A A A7 FIRMIN Gm "Mys-tery after gala night," it says, "Mys-tery of soprano's flight!" In the new production of "Il Muto", you will therefore cast Carlotta as the Pageboy, and put Miss Daae in the role of Countess. Ab The role which Miss Daae plays calls for charm and appeal. The role of the Pageboy is silent - which makes my casting, in a word . . . ideal. Spoken NC I shall watch the performance from my normal seat in Box Five, which will be kept empty for me.
