Thats how I play it on my acoustic. Its something like that.
If you want, you can just play a power chord for the first chord, it doesnt matter.

When the huge distortion comes on, I think one guitar plays just E,
and then another guitar plays the second rhythm part I showed you,
but playing it only on the top three strings. Something like that, Im not exactly sure.

All I could figure out for the lead parts was the very end.
