the first one place one for intro, but the other 2 are 2 of the main riffs john plays
but live he does all kinds of fills with that melody so throw in fills using M blues 
and m blues. when it gets to the "your in love" hold on A note

it repeats the thing over again using different fills, then the kinda stomp part like dun
