Instead of going back to the 5 after the fourth time round on the verse go straight to 
the 7 on the 'A' string for the chorus.

Playing the octave of the 6 works quite well too get back to the start of the chorus.

After the chorus go back to the 5 and hold the note for a second and slide down to neck 
to fade the sound out as there is a break after the chorus where there is no bass for 7 
seconds and then play this to get back into the verse.
