** To try and re-create a bit of the piano - when you play the C chord try messing
with hammering on the D string (there's 3 different little piano patterns on the C
you
need to mess around hammering on etc), and before you transition from Fmaj7 back to Am
an open G string for like one strum and then go to Am, those sorts of things help
the piano.. which is a major part in the song**

Intro: [Am, G, C, x 2], [Am, G, C, Fmaj7]

Verse:

Am G C
Well I've been running from something
Am G C
Twenty years in my car
Am G C Fmaj7
Down a road that's leading me nowhere
Am G C
Yeah we drive through the farmland
Am G C
No one knows where we're from
Am G C Fmaj7
Could I kiss you and make you a queen?
               C
Or something in between

Chorus:

Am Fmaj7 C
Do you want to see it
    Am Fmaj7 C-G
The place where I am free?
    Am Fmaj7 C
Cos in my mind I need it
           Am Fmaj7 G
But you're nowhere near to me

Intro: [Am, G, C, x 2], [Am, G, C, Fmaj7]

Verse:

Am G C
Move to new york city
Am G C
Take your woman by the hand
Am G C Fmaj7
Leave her there with your things on the doorstep
Am G C
And there's no way around it
Am G C
Could this be our last dance?
Am G C Fmaj7
So fall asleep with the tv darling
             C
I'll be back again

Chorus:
Am Fmaj7 C
Do you want to see it
    Am Fmaj7 C-G
The place where I am free?
    Am Fmaj7 C
Cos in my mind I've been there
            Am Fmaj7 G
And there's no one here but me

[Interlude- Am, G, C x 2 --- Am, G, C, Fmaj7 x 2]

Am G C
In the morning it'll find you
Am G C
   Let the light shine away
Am G C Fmaj7
Down a road that's leading me nowhere
Am G C
And there's no way around it
Am G C
Could this be our last dance?
Am G C Fmaj7
Just fall asleep with the tv darling
                 [Am, G, C] [Am, G,
[Am, G, Fmaj7]-(MISSES OUT 'C' Chord)
I'll be back again
                 [Am, G, C] [Am, G,
[Am, G, C, Fmaj7]-(INCLUDES 'C' Chord)
I'll be back again

Am, G, C .... Am, G, C...
G, C, Fmaj7 (SUSPEND)

** Hold Fmaj7 for the Outro... it might sound odd, because there's such a nice piano
in the background, but it's the chord to hold!**

The End.

PS. I'm going to try and put an MP3 on my profile of this song, if anyone wants to get
of a feel for the tab...
