Demons - Ben Marwood

Just heard this today, great song, decided to tab it out quickly. Listen to the
song for timing, it's the Rising Sun sessions video version.

He (like usual) plays bass note variations all the time so you'll have to play
around a little bit, it's not too tough just hammer your fingers

around! As an example, the G in the chorus he hammers his index finger on the 2nd
string of the A string from time to time. Just listen and you'll get it.
The lyrics might not be 100% either, if you have any questions just send me a
message on here or comment or whatever. Enjoy.

NON-STANDARD CHORDS USED - might not be the correct names.

Am/B - e|--- C/G - e|-3- G/F - e|-3-

G D Am Am/B C

This city is so full of demons, and we've demonized all that we can,
But it isn't the size of the man in the fight it's the size of the fight in the man,
And I begged and I begged that she put me to bed but we watched home improvement instead,
from this shower of clowns that will leave this town in flames.

---------3-0-| X 2 - At the end of the second (trading in cash for old rope) he
plays E|-0-2-3 as he goes into the G of the "for what".

This city is so full of people, and this city is so full of joy,
now we're sorting the men from the boys,

this city is so full of laughter, and this city is so full of hope
now we're trading in cash for old rope

    G D
for what, oh the dying stuff

G D Am Am/B C

This city is so full of demons, and we've demonized all that we can,
and it isn't the size of the man in the fight it's the size of the fight in the man,
And I begged and I begged that she put me to bed but we watched home improvement instead,

Am Am/B C

And i'll thank god,
for positions i'm already in,
with the weight of words,

Am Am/B C (all muted) D

and the sunlights so soft at your skin

C/G G G/F D
- (unsure exactly of this bit but sounds fine)

and I tried and I tried but it wasn't enough and
the coffin sprang open and wouldnt stay shut,
with his arm in a sling and his eyes to the sky,
there's nobody left to survive, hey, ho!

("solo" is just these/verse chords, play around!)
