This is quite an easy and nice song =)
There is just a detail about playing it:
If you listen to the song, it seems that the first and second
strings are always played up in the arm of the guitar...
As if the song was played using a capo or something.
My way to simulate the sound of these chords is to play
only barre chords - and I mean the C in the 8th fret.
But the song is ok even if you play open chords.

So:
   Open G | Open D | Open C | Suggested G | S. D | S. C
E|-3------|-2------|-0------|-3-----------|-5----|-8---|
B|-3-or 0-|-3------|-1------|-3-----------|-7----|-8---|
G|-0------|-2------|-0------|-4-----------|-7----|-9---|
D|-0------|-0------|-2------|-5-----------|-7----|-10--|
A|-2------|--------|-3------|-5-----------|-5----|-10--|
E|-3------|--------|--------|-3-----------|------|-8---|

There is that nice detail going on sometimes:
E|--------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------|
G|--------11s12---7---------------|
D|--5-7-9-------------------------|
A|--------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------|

's' means the slide in which you play the 11, slide up to 12 and play it too, not only slide.

G D C
Do you want coffee or tea?
                               G
What did you dream about last night?
       D C
About Janet and Jane again.
                           G
They sure made a great impression.
              D C
I’d like to know what that’s about.
G D C
Everybody is coming here tonight.
                                  G
It’s been so long since we got together.
             D C
You won’t believe me but it’s true,
                              G
I got a few new jokes up my sleeve.
        D C
Can I try them on you before they come?
           G D C
And can I tell them about the world war we’ve been through?
                                           G
The world was the Hitler and we were the Jews.
         D C
I’m so glad that we got through that.
       G D
Can I tell them how much I love you?
       C
Can I tell them why you stuck the biscuit up my as?
       G D
Can I tell how much I love you?
       C
Can I tell them that no one else in this world…

      G D
That no one knows you as good as I do.
 C
No one knows me as good as you do.
 G D
No one knows you as good as I do.
 C
No one knows me as good as you do.

Nana nana nana nana...

G D C
’Do you want coffee or tea?
                                 G
I didn’t dream at all this last night.
     D C
Too tired for Janet and Jane.
          G D C
And your well-directed jokes didn’t come out right.
                                   G
But who cares because what a night!
            D C
So good to see them, so good to see them!
          G D C
And your well-directed jokes didn’t come out right.
                                   G
But who cares because what a night!
                 D C
And I said that you should trust Spontaneous,

that you should trust spontaneous.’

      G D
That no one knows you as good as I do.
 C
No one knows me as good as you do.
 G D
No one knows you as good as I do.
 C
No one knows me as good as you do.

Nana nana nana nana...
