This slide is very hard to make sound like the Song, in order to do it so it sounds right, try sliding from around the fifth fret (up to you, doesn't have to be the fifth, just wing it) to the tenth instead of just going straight to the tenth.  The same for the ninth on the second slide.  These "pre-slides" must be done very quickly.
