Roll to Me by Del Amitri

Here is is my version, which disagrees somewhat with the previously posted
transcription. It is not exactly as the recording, but it is not intended to
be so. I adapted this so I could play the song by myself on one guitar. The
recording, of course, uses several, including a 12 on the hook.

The hook for a solo 6 string:
                                             A chord
e-----------------------------------------------------|
b-------------------------2----2----------------------|
g----1------------2-------2----2-----2--1-------------|
d-------2-----4-----------2----2------------4---2-----|
a----------0--------0---------------------------------|
e-0---------------------------------------------------|

The chords for the verses: ((G#) is not a chord, but a one note run)

E (G#) F#m A
Look around your world pretty baby
        E (G#) F#m B
Is it everything you hoped it would be
E (G#) F#m A
The wrong guy the wrong situation
E F#m A to hook
The right time to roll to me

Look into your heart pretty baby
Is it aching with some nameless need
Is there something wrong and you can't put your finger on it
Right then roll to me

Section B:
Play hook, and just before next section use this:
e--------------------------|
b--------------------------|
g----1------------2--------| E - A - E
d-------2-----4------------|
a----------0--------0------|
e-0------------------------|

         E7 Am G#m F#m
And I don't think I have ever seen a soul so in despair
     G#m A
So if you want to talk the night through
F#m B B/A B/G# B/F#
Guess who will be there

Verse:
So don't try to deny it pretty baby
You've been down so long you can hardly see
When the engine's stalled it won't stop runnin'
It's the right time to roll to me

Bridge: Do several times and then go to section B
e------------------------------------------------------|
b------------------------------------------------------|
g----1------------2-------2--1-------------------------|
d-------2-----4-----------------4--2--1----------------|
a----------0--------0---------------------4---2--------|
e-0-----------------------------------------------4--2-|
