This version is built on previous tabs and watching Evan Dando in action. There 
are a few deviations compared to how he plays it, 
but that is just my own personal flavour added to the mix. 

Tip 1: Hit the root note before playing the chords. That is how he plays it.

Tip 2: Experiment with hammer ons when playing the root note, it give the song 
nice variations a long the way.
