Here is "The Stakes Are High" by Ezra Furman and the Harpoons.

This is the bare bones version of it. Ezra throws in some stuff that I can't
figure out how to do. But this will get you through the song. The one flair
that I was able to pick up on is, he occasionally uses an alternate fingering
for a Bm. It's essentially just the Am formation in the Bm position, but it
sounds good. So throw that in for effect. Have fun.

Alternate fingering for Bm is used occasionally it is

I grew up with my family

And now I'm living in a fantasy

And I will always live there probably ooh
 C/G G Am G
You could move in, you could move in with me

You could move in, you could move in with me
      Am C/G G
The stakes are high, the trees are green okay!

We're all just doin' what we have to do
 C/G G Am G
Nothin' will ever be like it was back in 1992 no-o
