      D D/C# Bm7 D/A

Bass Clarinet(It's best to play this on bass but it will work on guitar)
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------4-------------------------------4---------------|
D|----------------------5-7-----7---5--7--5------------5-7------7-5-7--------|
A|-----6---4---6-4---6-------------------------6----4------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

This is what Jemaine plays on bass near the end
     D D/C# Bm7 D/A G D/F# Em A
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---5------4-----2---------------------------------------2--4---------------|
E|-----------------------5------3------2------0------------------------------|

The final thing Jemaine plays on bass is lower than the low E on bass which
would lead me to believe that he was using a 5 string in which case it would
be:
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---5------4------2---------------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------5------3------2--0----------------------------------|
B|----------------------------------------------2--3-------------------------|

If you wanted to play it on a regular 4 string bass you could either play the
last two notes an octave up:
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---5------4------2----------------------------4--5-------------------------|
E|-----------------------5------3------2--0----------------------------------|

Or tune down to drop Db case you would play this for the main bass riff:
    D D/C# Bm7 D/A G D/F# Em A
Gb|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Db|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Ab|--6-------5-----3--------------------------------------3--5---------------|
Db|----------------------8------6------5-------3-----------------------------|

And this for the ending:
Gb|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Db|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Ab|--6-------5-----3---------------------------------------------------------|
Db|----------------------8------6------5--3-----0--1-------------------------|
