We Are The World is a song/charity single made back in 1985. 
It was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie and sung by many different artists. 
It was released on March 7, 1985 in hopes of earning money for the families 
starving in Africa and the U.S. 
As of 2010, We Are The World has sold over 20 million copies and has made over $64 
million dollars.
