Tuning: Standard

Surprised no one has tabbed this yet. It was written on a six string, but
I've transposed it for a fiver. You can do it on a four, but once the song
picks up, you really need that low B to be full. You need 21 frets to do
this song without the high C. Sorry Epiphone, Gibson, and most Fender
players.

I put it as intermediate because of the weird fingering and stamina required.

    C#m A
G|-------18-20-h21-p20-18-16-|------14-16-h18---|
D|-----18------------------|----14--------------|
A|---16--------------------|--12----------------|
E|-------------------------|--------------------|
B|-------------------------|--------------------|
    You won't relent until...

    E F#m
G|-------13--11--9---|--------------------------|
D|-------------------|--11----------------------|
A|-------------------|--9-----------------------|
E|--12-----12--12----|--------------------------|
B|-------------------|--------------------------|
         My heart is yours

Keep playing this until it picks up and you start playing the roots.

For the C#m, you can tap the 21st fret, but I find it unnecessary, but
that's what Misty's bassist does, so what do I know? For the A, you tap the
18th fret with your right hand. You can tap the 16 and slide up to 18, but
the way I have it, it's closer to the original. For the E, you fret the 12th
fret E with your middle or ring finger and let it ring out while hitting the
other notes with your other fingers. Finally the F#m is just a whole note.

The rest of the song is just straight root 8th notes. There are a couple of
places where she slides up to an octave above what she's normally playing.
She kinda messes around and does some notes an octave up sometimes, to make
it interesting. The great thing about this song is you can do really
whatever you like on bass.

You can play the E open, and F#m on the E, but this is how I like it:
     C#m A E F#m
G|-----------------------------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------|
E|-----------55555555----------------------------|
B|---22222222--------5555555577777777------------|

This is such a good song, you can do pretty much what you like with it and
it flows so easy.
