Okay, so the one tricky thing in this song is the opening which goes back and 
forth between a C and some kind of crazy diminished chord.  I don't know what it 
is exactly, but I play it as (low to high) x4301x and have named it a Csus4/C# 
below.  Sounds close enough to me.
