The measures are totally accurate but the times are just more of a reference, they maybe off by a second or two.
Chris comes in on the NINTH MEASURE
Obviously since he plays open-handed hitting the floor is a lot easier for him because he doesn't
have to cross. You can play the middle tom and still get the same effect if crossing is too hard. 
This is in my opinion is one of the easiest SSPU songs to play on drums because it is only a two bar
pattern, rather than a four bar like most of Chris's other parts. Hope this helps!
