Theres three parts to the song really, the verse, the chorus and the bridge.

The intro riff goes like this and is used under the verse.

B]-3-3-0-0-|
G]-0-0-0-0-|

The bass does sixteenth notes of C and G alternatively.

The chorus goes like this...

G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7*
Not up to you
G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7
Not up to you

* at the star this riff is heard

D]-------0-|
A]-0-2-3---|

Verse two is the same as verse one and theres another repeat of the chorus.

Then theres the bridge, which goes like this...

            Am (x02210@1) De]-----------0--------------3-| (xx0232@1)B]-----------1--------------2-|
G]-----------2--------------3-|
D]-----------2--------------0-|
A]-0-2-3-0-0-0----0-2-3-0-2---|
E]----------------------------| x2

   C (x32010@1) Dsus4 (xx0233@1)name="chord_xx0232@1">D
e]-0-0-0-0-3-2-|
B]-1-1-1-1-3-3-|
G]-0-0-0-0-2-2-|
D]-2-2-2-2-0-0-|
A]-3-3-3-3-----|
E]-------------|

Verse three is the same as the first two.

For the extra line before the chorus, an open C chord strummed with increasing intensity
nicely.

The final chorus does this...

G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7
Not up to you
G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7
Not up to you
Em7
Oh, whatever!

G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7
Not up to you
Em7
Not up to anything we do
G (320003@1) DNot (xx0232@1)up to me
           Em7
Not up to you

Repeat G, D Em7 a few more times.

This lead is played over the top before the intro/verse riff comes back in and fades out.

G]-7-7-7-7- repeat as necessary

e]-10-10-10-10 repeat as necessary

Thats it.
