So this is from when Steven Fiore was playing under a group name "Steven Fiore and the
Good People." I don't know if he's still doing so or what he's doing, but I heard this
song a lot my freshman year of college and I figured it out a few months ago. Here's the
tab of the chords I use to play it.

Put a capo wherever you feel comfortable in your vocal range singing it.
He plays it with a capo on the 2nd fret.
Standard Tuning (E-A-D-G-B-e)

Verse Chords (in order):

e|-----0------X------X------X-----(1)-----0-------X----------------|
B|-----1------0------5------3------1------1-------1----------------|
G|-----0------0------5------4------2------0-------0----------------|
D|-----2------0------7------5------3------2-----0h2p0--------------|
A|-----3------3------7------5------0------3-------X----------------|
E|-----X------1------X------X------X------X-------3----------------|

The basic strumming pattern is such:
Hit the bottommost note of each chord, then play down-up-down-up

"There's an awful beating in my chest..."
e|-------X-----X--X--X--------------X------X--X--X--|
B|-------1-----1--1--1--------------0------0--0--0--|
G|-------0-----0--0--0--------------0------0--0--0--|
D|-------2-----2--2--2--------------0------0--0--0--|
A|---3---3-----3--3--3--------------3------3--3--3--|
E|-------X-----X--X--X--------1-----1------1--1--1--|

etc.
for the rest of the chords. that's the verse.

Chorus (the chords, strumming not included, but I sorta incorporated the timing):

"You say you've got your doubts"
e|--X--X--X--X--|
B|--1--1--1--1--|
G|--0--0--2--0--|
D|--2--0--3--2--|
A|--3--X--0--3--|
E|--X--3--X--X--|

"And our time has just run out"
e|--X--X--X--X--|
B|--1--1--1--1--|
G|--2--2--0--0--|
D|--3--3--2--0--|
A|--0--0--3--X--|
E|--X--X--X--3--|

"You swear that you could do without me...
e|--X--X--X--X----|
B|--1--1--1--1----|
G|--2--2--0--0----|
D|--3--3--2--2----|
A|--0--0--3--3----|
E|--X--X--X--X----|

 "...now."
e|---X----X---X---X----|
B|---1----1---1---1----|
G|---0----0---0---0----|
D|--0h2---2--2p0--0----|
A|---X----X---X---X----|
E|---3----3---3---3----|

Repeat for the second part of the chorus.

Bridge/Postlude(just the chords, time it how you want it):
I'm pretty sure I don't play this part correctly, it's just how I do it.

e|--X----X----X---X--------|
B|--X----X----X---X--------|
G|--X----X----X---X--------|
D|-(0)--(0)--(0)-(0)-------|
A|--3----0----3---3--------|
E|--1----3----5---3--------|

Jazzy-blues in-between part
e|-----X----X-----|
B|-----X----X-----|
G|-----5----5-----|
D|-----5----4-----|
A|-----X----X-----|
E|-----5----5-----|

then let it ring.
e|--X----X----X---X----X----0-|
B|--X----X----X---X----X----1-|
G|--X----X----X---X----X----0-|
D|-(0)--(0)--(0)-(0)--(0)---2-|
A|--3----0----3---3----2----3-|
E|--1----3----5---3----3----X-|

| h hammer-on
| p pull-off
| X Mute note (or don't play it)
|(1) or (0) means it's optional. play it if it sounds good for your guitar.
