Well, basically this song is actually in A major, but I play it in C because it's easier
I can sing that range better. The equivilant chords, if you want to play it properly, are:

C -> A
C7 -> A7
C/B -> A/Ab
G -> E
F -> D
Fm -> Dm
Am -> F#m
D -> B
D7 -> B7
E -> C#
Bb -> G

OK let's get to it!

            C           G
This is my earth, and I live in it,
     F                  Fm
It's one third dirt and two thirds water,
       C
And it rotates and revolves through space,
   C7
At rather an impressive pace,
    F          Fm           C     C/B
And never even messes up my hair,
    Am
But here's the really weird thing,
    D             D7
The force created by its spin,
       F                    C              G
Is the force that stops the chaos flooding in.
           Am             F
This is my earth and it's fine
     G                            E        Am
It's where I spend the vast majority of my time
     F                     C               G
It's not perfect, but it's mine. It's not perfect.

Pretty much the same throughout, with some notable differences:

           C            E
This is my house, and I live in it.
(same verse has Bb after the last G chord)

Last lines:
           Am             F
This is my brain and it's fine
     G                            E        Am
It's where I spend the vast majority of my time
     F                     C               G
It's not perfect, but it's mine. It's not perfect.
F                 Am                G
I'm not sure I've worked out how to work it.
F                          Bb       C
It's not perfect, but it's mine.

(not entirely sure about this last part).
