I verified all of this live with binoculars. I never even heard the variation of the last part of
the main riff until I saw Justin do it with my own eyes. I went back to the CD and it is there but very hard to hear. This song is very peculiar because most bands the bass and guitar play the same notes but it is very apparent in this song at various points that the guitar and bass are playing different things. Some of them are harmonies. Very interesting...you have to listen close unless you have SW to isolate the bass track.

(5:46) NOTE: This is played with a guyatone Bottom Rocker Auto Wah. It has a very synth like sound
to it. JC is hitting different stings at different times giving it a sound that makes the riff sound
more complex than it is. It is just the D octave. It is hard to tab what he is doing but I will attempt
to translate as best as I can. If you do not have an auto wah you can use a regular wah wah pedal but it
will sound different. The guyatone has a very distinct sound.
