I think he's walking the index & middle fingers if you want the 
right action, I'm not a bass player, but I thought I'd do this,
ofcourse it can be played in different positions namely on the
(normal)D & G strings instead.  Ive tried to add a sense of timing, 
not following any pattern, just lining up some of the notes with the
start of words:

Play the muted string to make the click you hear in the song
(I've updated this so it sounds smoother)
The part where it goes (7)b8b7, start with the "B" string on the 7th fret,
bent to the 8th fret note, then ease it back to the normal 7th note (A#),
do the same sort of thing where it goes (10)b11b10 - that is start with it
fretted on the 10th, bend to the 11th note and released back to 10
