This version is in C but that's too high for many people, so try it in various keys. If you are male,
you may prefer it in "A." But you'll have to hand-change the Bm7b5 chords below, which U-G doesn't read for some reason. 

The chords in this song are actually much simpler than the jazz versions that 
you see around here, although obviously you can play it any way you want. 

This is in 3/4 time and the vertical lines (|) indicate bars. 
Chords and notes in parentheses seem to me to be optional -- play around and see if you like them.

NOTES: A) U-G will sometimes not display the Bm7b5 chord properly, but the flat 5 is pretty important. 
B)If you repeat the whole song, which given its brevity many would do,

starting with “me” on a single performance. This is also a nice effect for ending lots of other songs, descending IV, iii, ii7, I.

Bm7-5 might be read as Bdim7 -- I am not up enough on theory to know.
