After searching the internet and not being able to find the chords or tabs for this 
song, I decided to tab it myself.
I watched the Hurley Session video many many times and I also watched another live show 
video her and Tommy did
and I think this tab is at least 90% correct if not 100% since I was watching his 
fingers during the whole video.

For the Strumming pattern: You honestly have to just listen and feel it. But all I can
