The chords in this song aren't actually barred. To get the
sound Kweller gets, hit the strings far back toward where the
strings start,(like at or behind the pickup farthest to the
right) and use some reverb. This gives it a lighter, sharper
sound. Plus there's a piano going in the background that gives
some of the chords a different sound. So listen closely to
the way he blends the two. Just keep that in mind as you play
the song. There's also two guitars, but the song's complicated
enough with the guitar/piano layering, so I just transcribed
