There is an instrumental studio version of this song floating around that seems like
in open F, but the tape sounds a little slow, and the only live version I have is in open
so I'll tab this in open G (notation is obviously exactly the same, it's just that the 
would sound a full step lower in open F).  The live versions have lyrics, so the verses
choruses here correspond to those.
