Rollercoaster - B*Witched - Transcribed by D.Lamb
==============-------------======================

Here's a key firstly
5b7 - Bend the string on the fifth fret to the pitch of the seventh fret
7r5 - Release the bend on the fifth fret, lowering the pitch back down to that of the fifth fret
5b7r5 - Bend up then release again

the strings are represented thusly so:
E-----------
B-----------
G-----------
D----4------
A----0------
E-----------
The number indicates the fret that u play. In the above example, fret D at 4th, and
play A open... ahh, Harmonious, eh??

But, now onto the song:

If anybody wants to correct any of this tab, feel free, I would really appreciate it.
I know a _Lot_ of it is wrong, BTW. Oh, another thing. The timing implied by the spacing is only very rough, BTW.
Listen to the track to understand where I'm headed with it.

INTRO
Here's the intro. Or, what I made of the intro:
-------------------------------------------------
2--3------2--3------2--3----5-----5b7--r5-3------
--------------------------------------------4-2--
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------

VERSE
Then, just follow the pattern for one line of the verse, and then the song begins
(over that same riff):
Ok, here's that riff (as I see it) that carries most of the verse.
To me, this sounds like a bass is playing is playing the bassy bit, and a guitar is raking
out a chord over it.
Consider this part to be a compromise between the two, with the guitar playing both .

Today's the day, We're out to play.We lost our way, it's always the same, oh baby now.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------3----------------------3----------------------3----------3------5------------5b7--r5--3-------------
--------------------4----------------------4----------------------4------------------------------------4-2---------
-2-2---4-4--------------2-2---4-4--------------2-2---4-4-----------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PRE-CHORUS
The next significant change is for the "come and sit beside us" bit.. Lets call that the pre-chorus:
For this, from what I can hear, you rake out D, then Dsus4, then D, then Dsus4 (get the idea?)

-----2------2----------3-----3-----
---3------3------3---3-----3-----3-
-2------2------2---2-----2-----2---
----------------------------------- REPEAT UNTIL CHORUS
-----------------------------------
-----------------------------------

CHORUS
Then for the chorus:

come on come on get it on we're riding in a rollercoaster
come on come along get it on we're riding in a rollercoaster of love

------------7-5-3---------10-9-7-------------------------7---5---2----------
-7-5-3------7-5-3---------10-9-7-------------------------7---5---2----------
-6-4-2----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then straight back to the verse riff. If you want something to play whilst the fiddle bit is on:

FIDDLE BIT :)
mute and unmute these chords rapidly (with your fretting hand) to the timing of the fiddle.
You'll know what I mean, if u listen to the song.

--2x2---------3x3-----------2x2--------0x0-------
--3x3---------3x3-----------3x3--------3x3-------
--2x2---------2x2-----------2x2------------------
------------------------------------------------- REPEAT ONCE
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------

OK, so this transcription is far from being complete, or right (for that matter), but it should get u through the bulk
of the song. As I say, all comments are welcome.
