Ok, verse gets played 4 times, but on the 3rd and 4th times ("scream loud, scream sayonara..."), both guitars play the rhythm and it is played without palm muting. For the outro, when the guy screams "DON'T! LET! THEM! SCARE! YOU!", you play the chords from the 2nd half of the second chorus. I probably confused the hell out of you with this tab, because a lot of it is just my interpretation of the song and not actually correct. But good luck anyway.
