Capo on 2nd fret, standard tuning. When playing the Cmaj7 I sometimes hammer first fret
on the B string whilst strumming to turn it into a C, if you listen to the track it
sounds to me like he does this sometimes but it isn't very noticeable, you can get with 
away just playing Cmaj7.

The strumming pattern is pretty simple and is the same all the way through.

(I realise that Gray should be spelled Grey but I didn't write out the lyrics. Also
apostrophes mess up the formatting)
