Sorry... I didn't feel like endlessly attempting chords till I find the ones they use in
that little acoustic part at the end. The closest thing I can come to is something with
drop d power chords and an added 9 with them. You're looking for E, C, B, and G. Not in
that order, but that's the key of the chords.
I'm not 100% it's extremely difficult because of all the layers of instruments at the
chorus and such, so correct me if I'm wrong with the chorus.
