This is as near perfect as I could possibly document without going into retardism 
and showing you which notes he skips every now and then.
If you dont have a 5 string bass, drop D tuning will suffice and you can do the
math of where the notes go.
If you dont with to play on B-5, Play E-0, I prefer the latter myself.

The second chorus MAY NOT be correct, from what I can hear it sounds as if he 
doesnt play the original chorus, but then again, he could just be spasticated
and his fat fingers arent hitting the notes as loudly as they should.
