Ok, I just love this song, so I wanted to help everyone else enjoy it too...  I'm pretty confident that it's 100% correct, too.  I've also seperated the bars up.  It's in 4/4 time signiture and 'e' is the top string.  Chords are at the top of each line, and formations are listed below. It is tuned in standard tuning EADGBe.
