To simplify it, I've taken out all the funny 6ths and 7ths (with the exception of 
Cmaj7 which is just C without your index finger). Still sounds ok. The hardest 
part about it is trying to fit the lyrics into the
weirdly long verse lines. Just keep counting out 4 beats per bar and it works.
