BLUES RUN THE GAME - Jackson C. Frank

An old very pleasant picking tune not that easy to play. I learnt it a long time ago
but all references to that song seem to have disappeared. My fingers having a good
memory, I tabbed the song from them (not that easy either !).

" Catch a boat to England Baby .."
(The lyrics are at the end of the tab)

You can hear a MP3 demo (350 kb) recorded by myself (instrument only!) on my site whose
URL is here above.

Catch a boat to England Baby
Maybe to Spain
Wherever I have gone
Wherever I've been and gone
Wherever I have gone
Blues run the game

Send out for whisky Baby
Send out for gin
Me I'm a room service
Me I'm a room service
Me I'm a room service
Living a life of sin

When I'm not drinking baby
You're on my mind
When I'm not sleeping baby
When I'm not sleeping girl
When I'm not sleeping baby
You know you'll find me around

Living like a gambler babe
Loving much the same
Wherever I have gone
Whenever I've thrown those dice
Wherever I'm playing
Blues run the game

Try another city Baby
Try another town
Wherever I have gone
Wherever I've been and gone
Wherever I have gone
Blues follow me down
