OK so i saw Joe live in England and watched so closely as to see how he played this. 
Joe himself improvised his way through but here is the shell of what he did.

Bascically just let the chords flow and as long as the hammer on in the F shape is in 
mix somewhere it shounds perfect. IM not sure that he recorded it like this bu he played 
live like this!!!
