Never Miss ABeat (x02220@1)- Kaiser Chiefs
--------------------------------------------------------------

Tuning: standard

Intro:

I struggled at first with the timing at the start when this comes in,
it's sort of on the 3rd beat in the bar.

e| ----3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3~-|
B| --3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3----|
G| ---------------------------------------|
D| ---------------------------------------|
A| ---------------------------------------|
E| ---------------------------------------|

During the verse live whitey plays these 2 notes at the start of every bar
and on the second chorus strums the G chord with them and lets it ring.

Pre-Chorus:

    Cooooooooooooooooooool...

e| ----3/6--/15-1817-15------15---3---3---3---3--|
B| --3--/--6/15---1817-15-15-----3---3---3---3----|
G| ------------------------------------------------|
D| ------------------------------------------------|
A| ------------------------------------------------|
E| ------------------------------------------------|

Chorus:

A| -8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8--8---8--8-|
E| -------------------------------------------------|

B| ---------------------------------|
G| -6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-|
D| -6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-|
A| -4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-|
E| ---------------------------------|
Repeat then back to the F and for the last 2 bars strum in time to the vocal beat,
you know what I mean, I hope.

When playing live and possibly on the record,
although it's very hard to hear,
when playing the second F in the chorus whitey seems to add in the A# on the B string
it Fsus4.

  Fsus4
e|----|
B|-11-|
G|-10-|
D|-10-|
A|-8--|
E|----|

He bounces on and off with his little finger, going between a normal F and the Fsus4,
is a pattern to it but anyway most people won't bother with this.

But it's a good skill to learn because whitey seems to use this on a few things.

After the first chorus the intro is repeated but it's slightly different with a few
etc.
