This song is a joy to play. Nice variation in dynamics using closed/loose HH, ride and crash cymbals. The double hit with the kick can take a while to get spot on. 

Having now seen the video, he is playing a broken up 16th note HH pattern in the verses (using ghost notes) and also on the ride part. It sounds absolutely fine if you want to play it with straight 1/8th notes.

Depending on how loud you want to play the ending you can stay on the ride edge or go onto the crash....up to you.

The groove is great fun to experiment with. It really lends itself to syncopated one bar snare/bass fills. 
In the outro, I also like experimenting with the 4 bass hits on beat one. Try leaving out the first one......it sounds great!!
