Try slide on the 7th to 9th frets on your D string...

The last bit is hard to suss out, but that’s about all I have time for. Try up around 
14th fret on your e string to get an idea of what you ought to be doing.  Sorry this isn’t 
complete 2 tabs but hey, it’s 1 and a bit for the price of 1. (Which Ironically on this site is free :D)
