So this is something I figured out while watching a video of the Larry Arms playing it.
quite literally, said, "Herp Derp, I know what they're playing." and decided to write it
down for you everyone. This is my First Tab/Chords for a song and I realize that this 
be somewhat wrong. Some of the chords might not be in the right spots but just listen
it and I think they transitions will be obvious.

Also, during the bridge, Chris switches to power chords and palm mutes. It might sound
