Scarborough Fair - English Folk Song


I have included the left (LH) and right (RH) hand fingering.

Scarborough Fair- Suspended Bass Note
"Scarborough fair" is an example of how the classical guitar can sound like 2 
With the suspended bass and running lead, the guitar produces 2 voices (Bass and treble).


Technique:
This piece is a slow piece. The challenge is to hold bass note which is struck with the 
mostly A (open 5th string). Try and suspend the bass as long as possible. 2 notes are 
with thumb and middle (pm) finger most of the time.

Tip:
A good solo guitar piece always contain 2 or more voices. Having voice diversity 
the guitar's musical capability.
