Willful Suspension Of Disbelief
off the album Everywhere And His Nasty Parlor Tricks

tabbed by: esco

One of my favorite Modest Mouse songs. I tried my best to tab the whole song and i got
all of the parts. I'm pretty certain of all of them, except for the scratchy guitar
sliding noise that you can hear right at the beginning. I couldn't tell whether Isaac's
bending the strings or using a whammy bar. Unfortunately i don't have a whammy bar but
im pretty sure i got the notes right. The tuning im uncertain of too. im really sure
it's standard, which is what i based the tab off of, but i dont know. i'm still
experimenting with the tab. but for now, it's standard. There's a lot of effects in this
song that make the guitar sound a certain way. I'm not sure which effects he uses but i
know the notes are right. Make sure you look at the time counter for parts of the song.
Enjoy :)

You hear this throughout the song. Similar to the intro.
           Try bending the notes.

(1:17) All of these parts are in order. Just repeat them when necessary.
