It seems this song is going to be on their new album Remedy (July 1). They 
released this tune on Memorial Day.  I couldn't find the lyrics, so there might be some errors
(its not complete)

It is a simple straight forward C,F,G progression, with a rocking base on the C at times. He also
hammers on the b and e strings with his pinky at times to play a little melody (you can hear it
better on the link at   the bottom.
