Here's the version of Dark End of the Street that I've got - learned it from
a Percy Sledge recording though, not the Commitments soundtrack.

        F#min

     C# (x43121@1) D# (x43121@3) G#But (xx1114@1)darling, please don't cry
C# (x43121@1) G# (xx1114@1) C# (x43121@1) D# (x43121@3) G#Tonight (xx1114@1)we'll meet, at the dark end of the street
C# (x43121@1) G# (xx1114@1)
I usually don't do the key change for the final verse, but it was there in
the original so I thought I'd include it for the purists in the bunch. BTW,
the lyrics may be a little screwy, my favourite version of this tune was
recorded by Richard Thompson and my memory of the words may include some of
his own idiosyncratic choices.
