--------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Songs of Danny Galway - Prefab Sprout --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tabbed by: maguri Tuning: Standard Prefab Sprout The Songs of Danny Galway (2013) (McAloon) From: "Crimson/Red" Interesting chords and voicings, open chords and complex textures. Here’s my reading of this beautiful song. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHORDS/SPECIAL VOICINGS There are different ways of playing this chord I call “Fsus2/A”. I think I hear different voicings in verse and chorus (as pointed out below). But it is of course not necessary to play these variations, I just think it sounds nice. You may as well just take the first voicing and use it throughout the song. One can even use it to substitute the “Fmaj7(add9)” in the chorus. They’re all really close.
