Here are certain points to keep in mind:
- tune the guitar to half step down
- you can play all the chords as power chords if you are playing the electric
- you can play all the chords as barre chords if you are playing the acoustic except for the E chord 
  which should be played as an open chord
- the chords for the bridge and the chorus are the same so have mentioned them only once
