There is a second guitar in the verse and chorus but it is not very noticeable and I am to lazy to tab it out.  Seether is a 3 person band with 1 guitarist, 1 drummer, and 1 bassist so Sean must have recorded and pasted a second guitar in the studio.  Enjoy and buy the album Disclaimer it is awesome!
