The first song on Sun Kil Moon's heartbreaking album 'Benji.' This is in a very 
low tuning and played on a classical guitar. It sounds okay on a normal acoustic
but if you want the proper sound you're probably best sticking to the classical.
I'm not too sure what the timing exactly is but if you listen to the track you
can figure out how he plays it. It's at a sombre pace.
