THE ODYSSEY - PART VI: SCYLLA AND CHARYBDIS (Bassline)
                            As recorded by Symphony X
(From the 2002 Album THE ODYSSEY)

Music by Michael Romeo
Transcribed by Linus Abrahamson
Edited by Cory Knickerbocker (cory_aglet@hotmail.com)

Tuning, low to high: D-G-C-F (full step down)

Note: All notes in [brackets] are played by the keyboard with the patch notated
above the transcription. Lepond did not play these notes in the studio version,
but he does play some of them live. Pinnella only has two hands, you know. ;)

This part can be a little tricky. It's all in 4/4, and I've notated the beat for
each bar. An alternate way of nailing the timing in this section is to count the
number of bass drum hits between each strike.
