I think this is perfect now (maybe even a little too perfect :D), and I think that these
are exactly the right chords, but because of how OCD-ish I am, I kinda went as far as
putting the bass part in, so where there is D/A, or D/F#, or Bm/F#, then you could just 
play the normal D or Bm chord, but if you're thinking of playing this in a band or
something, then when it comes to those chords, the bass should play the A or F# (or the 
keyboard could play the D or Bm chord with an A or F# bass line).
