VERSE 1
F (Riff 2) Bb
You are the first thing I think of, every time Im feeling abused.
F Bb F
Youre someone with a penchant, for helping to be relieved.

CHORUS:
    Dm G Bb F
But where-ere do you turn, cause Ive been burned.
      Dm G Bb F
While you have lear-er-er-erned, to follow me out of the room.

Riff 2
F(Riff 2) Bb F
Monday is coming soo-oon, I hope you find me with nothing to do.
F Bb F
I need an excuse to take it up a notch, to use my head and follow thru.

REPEAT CHORUS

MIDDLE 8:
s/A7 Bb F Dm
I know my reservations well. They, keep me out of range.
A A7 Bb G F
I cant seem to integrate, and Id rather stay this way-ay. Way-a-a-ay.

    Dm G Bb F

      Dm G Bb F
While you have lear-er-er-erned, to follow me out of the room.
   Bb F Bb F(Riff 2)
To follow me out of the room, to follow me out of the room.

Notes: The riff is easier to play than diagram.
I think all the essential elements are tabbed here.
The first position 6-string F chord is the root of the riff.
Riff 1 Sounds like its all from the first fret.
Riff 2 includes the slide up to the 6th fret barred Bb position.
Sounds like guitar riff alternately uses (double notes).
Riff 3 Sounds like all single notes, the bass sounds the Bb note
at the recurring change to Bb.

This is one of the best songs on the album ((PALAIS)).
